Fee Structure

  • A one-time Registration and Admission fee (nonrefundable) will be paid in full by all new students at the time of admission.
  • Annual Charges and fee for the Month of April are payable in the month of April every year at the start of academic session.
  • Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Annual Charges and any other charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. No refund for any payment will be made if the student is suspended on disciplinary grounds or the students have been found in breach of student code of conduct.
  • Monthly Tuition fee, Admission fee, Security, Annual Charges, Registration Charges and all other charges are all subject to review and increase from time to time due to inflationary pressure and are subject to change without prior notice or consent of the parents.

Fee Policy

All students, parents and guardians must observe the following rules and regulation regarding Tuition and Fee.

  • Monthly cutoff date for the fee submission is the 6th of every calendar month.
  • Fee vouchers are issued by 1st of the billing month and sent home through students. It is the responsibility of the parents to inquire from account office if they have not received Fee Voucher by 5th of the billing month.
  • If the School is closed due to emergency, war, earthquake, epidemic or any other reason for any length of time, parents shall pay the fee with regularity. Salaries of the teaching staff, administrative and support staff have to be paid during the closed period.
  • Parents/guardians will be liable for paying up for any damages caused to the school property by any student.
  • The School reserves the right to hold student’s progress report, transcript and school leaving certificate if the dues have not been cleared.
  • There will be no concession or fee waiver if the child had stay away from school, due to illness social commitments, visits abroad for any other reason.
  • Special consideration is given to the children of Martyrs.
  • Sibling discount is available if three or more siblings are enrolled in the school. A 10% deduction 1 fee is provided to one child.
  • The fee for the month of June must be submitted with fee of April and July with May. All dues must be cleared before the Final term result.
