Following is the process flow to become a franchisee:

New / potential franchise customer gets preliminary information from corporate website, advertisement, word of mouth or a nearby TKC schools.

Relationship manager gives a details presentation to potential customer

Quality Assurance team visits the school building and vicinity

Upon satisfactory report from Quality Assurance – a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed between the customer and TKC

Post Contract Consultancy Brief is given to potential franchise customer

QA visits the school

Upon satisfaction, the potential franchise customer is liable to pay remaining franchise fee

Agreement is signed.
This converts the potential franchise customer into a franchise owner
